Paddy Bradley MBE is a well-known and respected member of the South West business community.
He was recognised for his service to the local economy and the community in Wiltshire in the 2023 New Years Honours List, receiving an MBE (Member of the Order of the British Empire).
A highly experienced local government director working with three local authorities, Paddy was Director of Education and Head of Economy, Skills and Property Development at Swindon Borough Council before joining the Swindon and Wiltshire Local Enterprise Partnership as Chief Executive Officer, a role he held for over seven years before stepping down in 2023.
Paddy has a wide range of experience in the public and private sectors, working as a business analyst and system designer and running his own companies. He spent over 20 years in education as a teacher, headteacher and education inspector.
Paddy now runs Number 11 Consultants specialising in change management. He is also on a number of Boards for local voluntary groups.
A long-time supporter of the TBE Awards’ predecessor, The Techies, Paddy is continuing his relationship with The Business Exchange as a TBE Awards judge.
